Refund & Returns Policy

At Dazzle Dress Shop, operated by Jinformatics Software Solutions Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return subject to the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
Important:
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for return
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@jinformatics.in
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Upon approval, we will share return instructions and the return address
- Ship the product securely to the provided address
Note:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless due to our error)
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund process will be initiated.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
Please note:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item
→ Return shipping costs will be covered by us
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only in cases of defective or damaged products.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide supporting images or videos for verification
Once approved:
- The replacement will be dispatched after receiving the returned item
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Sale or clearance products
- Customized or personalized dresses
